GIS-Based Urban Planning & Infrastructure Development
Ensuring the quality of housing built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas YojanaUrban (PMAYU) is critical for the wellbeing of beneficiaries. Citiyano De Solutions was appointed as the ThirdParty Quality Monitoring Agency (TPQMA) by the Directorate of Urban Development, Government of Tripura, to oversee projects across all 20 Urban Local Bodies in the state.
Our mandate involved rigorous field inspections covering land layout verification, construction quality, and financial alignment. We conducted document reviews, safety evaluations, and beneficiary participation assessments. By identifying risks and recommending corrective actions early, we contributed to more transparent, high-quality project delivery.
